This guide was submitted by Nafe Rubeus, and works with Windows 98.

1. Open the Display Control Panel (right-click the desktop and click Properties)
2. Click on the Web tab
3. Make sure that the "View my Active Desktop as a web page" is checked
4. Click the "New" button
5. Choose not to visit the active desktop gallery
6. Type in http://nikon.bungie.org/pal/hbo_pal.php where it asks for a URL; click "next"
7. Click "Ok"
8. When an error is encountered, click "Close"
9. With http://nikon.bungie.org/pal/hbo_pal.php?pal_id=1 highlighted, click "Properties"
10. Uncheck "Make this page available offline" and click "Ok"
11. Click "Ok"
12. Resize and move the window on your desktop to your liking
