i found a way to slow time down to doge bulllets all you have to do is be on co-op have one person beat a dead elite with his gun and look at the blood. the other person walks in slow motion and can dodge bullets and it looks cool too.

I should mention this trick kills your frame rate... it isn't a smooth slow down. The movies show the effects. -FrogBlast
